Return & Cancellation Policy
📦 Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they haven’t been shipped. Please contact us promptly via email or our return form.
🕒 Return Period / Right of Withdrawal
You have 7 business days from the delivery date to return a product without providing a reason.
❌ Return Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Clearance or final sale items
These products are sold as-is and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
🔁 Return Conditions
- The product must be unused
- Returned in its original, intact packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
💰 Refunds
The purchase price of the returned item will be refunded within 14 days of receipt.
For prepaid orders, please provide your bank account number.
International customers must include their IBAN and BIC/SWIFT.
⚠️ The refund must be issued to the same account used for payment.
